Clearwater Trade School is opening its doors for it’s first semester in Spring of 2021. It was founded by Master Plumber, Wayne Ritchie of Tampa Bay Plumbing.
Wayne & his brother, Lance Ritchie, have worked in the plumbing business since 1976. Learning plumbing on an international level having been licensed plumbers in New Zealand before mastering the plumbing world here in the USA.
Wayne has a passion for education as well as for plumbing. Birthing to life the vision that will be Clearwater Trade School.
